01 — Program Description:

Groceries2Go.com is an eCommerce platform created and managed by Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Inc. It enables individuals and families experiencing food insecurity to place customized grocery orders online at no cost and pick them up from local distribution partners (called Program Sites, such as food pantries, schools, or community centers). 
This SMS program supports essential user interactions and provides timely updates to ensure a smooth and accessible experience. Messages may include: 

  • Password Reset Notifications – To help users securely access their accounts 

  • Account Notifications – Such as welcome messages, profile updates, or security alerts 

  • Order Notifications – Real-time updates including order confirmations, pickup reminders, cancellations, and delays 

All messages are transactional in nature and are intended to enhance the user experience, promote food access, and reduce participation barriers. 

02 — How To Opt Out:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our short code. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your opt-out via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again through Groceries2Go.com and messaging will resume.

04 — Carrier Disclaimer:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

05 — Message Frequency & Charges:

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive three or more messages per week, depending on your account activity. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
